Paula Grimm
Executive Director
Paula joined the Read to Grow team as the Grants Writer, a role she served for five years before she transitioned to her current position. As the Data Director, Paula designs and implements all the databases, manages budgets, and prepares financial reports for grants and the Board of Directors. She also oversees the smooth operation of the inventory audit process. Paula holds a BA in Mathematics from the College of the Holy Cross, Worcester, MA, and has worked for IBM, Yale University and RPM (Resource Planning & Management) Systems. An avid reader herself, Paula hopes parents recognize the importance of reading and that all children have access to books and enjoy the experience of reading.
Her favorite children’s book is The Witch of Blackbird Pond, by Elizabeth George Spear.
