Victoria Roberts
First Year Coordinator
Victoria oversees and maintains an uninterrupted supply of literacy packets to our hospitals, prenatal, and NICU partners. She processes all incoming registrations and survey responses and manages monthly mailings to families who have registered for the BFB First Year Project. Victoria also schedules and supervises volunteers who help with literacy packets and data entry. Before joining Read to Grow, first as a volunteer and then as a team member in 2017, Victoria was an Insurance Underwriter, an experience which she believes prepared her for her current responsibilities at Read to Grow. Victoria received the BFB literacy packet in 2001 at the birth of her son at Yale New Haven Hospital and remembers learning about the positive effect of reading on newborn brain development.
Her favorite children’s book is Old Turtle by Douglas Wood.
